SEDERE’s emphasis is on LT-ELSD products, developed exclusively for the needs of chromatography laboratories around the globe. Our roots can be traced back to 1989, where we laid the foundations of SEDERE.
Since then, we have over 30 years of experience and innovation under our belts and we are working around the clock to deliver high-performance, high-fidelity LT-ELSD products for the chromatography industry.
What we do
At SEDERE, we pride ourselves on being the industry leader in the manufacture of Low-Temperature Evaporative Light-Scattering Detectors (LT-ELSD) for HPLC, U-HPLC, HTLC, µ-HPLC, GPC, Preparative HPLC, Flash Chromatography, Counter Current Chromatography and SFC.
Throughout the years, our focus has always been on catering to our customers’ versatile needs. Our product range consists of 6 different LT-ELSDs – from entry-level unit to fully automated analysis systems, powered by a plethora of drivers.
Our proprietary technology provides us with 100% turnover and thanks to our established distribution network, over 95% of our products are distributed across the world. Our passion for innovation and for transforming the chromatography industry has helped us build solid, long-lasting relationships with research specialists from academia and some of the brightest minds in the world.
With over 30 years of experience, SEDEX brings innovation, fidelity and unparalleled performance for a range of chromatography applications.
Markets served
The Evaporative Light-Scattering Detectors, manufactured by SEDERE are designed exclusively to provide a universal detection mode for Liquid Chromatography and Supercritical Fluid Chromatography.
What gives our products a cutting-edge is that their performance doesn’t depend on the presence of chromophore groups in the compound, which makes the ELSD technology an incredibly versatile and useful technique to obtain a complete picture of complex samples.
Some of the applications of the Evaporative Light-Scattering Detectors include:
• Carbohydrates, Lipids, Surfactants, Polymers• Also Pharmaceutical High Throughput Screening
• Small molecules such as Amino Acids (without any derivation step)
• Inorganic Ions (without the need for any additional post-column devices).
Our LT-ELSDs are commonly used in industry research, governmental projects, as well as by leading university researchers, academics and best-in-class control laboratories.
